    Refreshing and bright. A simple beer for all occasions. Full flavour with a thirst quenching low level bitterness and a crisp finish.

  • little pine hazy ipa

    There’s a place between heavy and light, north and south, east and west. Little Pine.

    A session hazy IPA that balances full juicy hop character with restrained abv.

    Named for Little Pine Lagoon, the little body of water at Tassie’s mid.

    3.5% abv
    IBU: 25
    Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Idaho 7, & Amarillo.

  • pale ale

    Unfiltered and uncomplicated. A seriously sessionable Australian style pale ale with local hops, subtle tropical fruit character and a crisp refreshing finish.

    Crafted for mates.

  • hobart lager

    Local lager, brewed for Tasmanian conditions. A refreshing and disarmingly simple beer, cold conditioned for a satisfyingly clean and crisp finish.

  • harbour master

    The Original. The Flagship. Unchanged since 2014. Tasmanian hops balanced by roasted malt. A contemporary beer informed by Tasmania's rich brewing history.

  • tasmanian hazy pale ale

    juice willis hazy

    Juice Willis is a hazy style pale ale that’s pumped full of big juicy hop character. It’s the kind of beer you release when you’re not ready to give up on summer. The kind of beer that makes you feel like you’re on a tropical holiday, even when the wind is howling.

  • punch drunk wcipa

    Going back to our roots for our birthday with a focus on all Australian hops. Tropical yet piney, bold yet sessionable.

    Hops: Galaxy, Vic Secret, & Ella.

  • cool cucumber sour

    A clean, refreshing sour beer. Naturally kettle soured and infused with cucumber, zesty lime and a pinch of salt.

  • dark waters oyster stout

    HOBART BREWING CO X YOUNG HENRYS COLLAB

    Debuting at the Hobart Community Hop before making its way north to NSW, this deep, dark brew is what happens when Young Henrys and Hobart Brewing Co get together. Big flavour, no nonsense. Freshly picked Ella hop cones straight from HPA’s Bushy Park farm, dark roasted malts, and a fresh drop of Tassie oysters thrown into the boil for a subtle salinity and body.

    This isn’t your usual harvest beer - it’s darker, bolder, and built for those who like to wade into deeper waters.

    Hops: Fresh Hop Ella
    Adjuncts: Fresh Tassie Oysters

  • double harbour master

    Harbour Master was the first beer we ever made, so it made sense to revisit the cult classic “double harbour master” for our 10th bday.

    A huge scotch ale with robust roast and caramel malt character. Big booze. Even bigger when aged in an ex-bourbon cask.

    8.8% abv
    (10.2% abv barrel aged version)
    Cask: 4×100L Ex-Buffalo Trace
    Hops: Cascade.

  • captain black dry irish stout

    Pouring in the taproom on Nitro. Found in the wild on CO2.

    Named for Captain Black, the last Hobart Harbour Master, this is a stout for the people. Tasty. Uncomplicated.

    4% abv (4.5% Whisky Barrel Aged)
    Hops: Chinook
    Malt: Black, Malted Oats & Ale.
