“WIN TWO NIGHTS ACCOMODATION AT CRADLE MOUNTAIN” TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2) Promotion Period

The promotion period is:

Start Date: 01/08/2025 at 9:00AM AEST

End Date: 30/09/2025 at 11:59PM AEST

3) Eligible Entrants

Participants must be over the age of 18.

Entries are permitted only within the promotional period.

Exclusions: Employees of Hobart Brewing Co Pty Ltd and their families are excluded from entry. individuals who have been barred or banned from hobart brewing co's premises 'the red shed' or 'hope and anchor' are excluded from entry. 

4) How to Enter

Entry is made by filling in and submitting the Competition Entry form.

The competition entry form can be found at: WWW.HOBARTBREWINGCO.COM.AU/WIN

Entries must upload proof of purchase via the Competition Entry Form to prove an eligible purchase was made.

Attempting to enter multiple times with the same purchase, or entering without making an eligible purchase, will result in the disqualification of all entries associated with that person(s).

5) Entries Permitted

Only one (1) entry is permitted per eligible purchase.

LIMIT: Limit 1 entry p/transaction & 1 entry p/person p/day. Max 1 prize p/person.

An eligible purchase is defined as a single (1) transaction in a participating store within the promotional period where the sum of money spent on Hobart Brewing Co beer products is equal to or exceeds $16 AUD.

The participating stores are: CELLARBRATIONS STORES, BOTTLE-O STORES, thirsty camel, AND PORTERS STORES OPERATING AS PART OF The Independent Brands Australia (IBA) network OF BOTTLE-SHOPS.

6) Prizes

Each prize is two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) people (one (1) room only) at THE NRMA CRADLE MOUNTAIN HOTEL.

Transport to and from Cradle mountain and any other expenses incurred as a result of redeeming this prize are the responsibility of the individual and not Hobart Brewing Co Pty Ltd.

7) Winner Selection and Notification

10 Winners will be chosen by random draw on 7/10/2025.

Names of the winners will be published at WWW.HOBARTBREWINGCO.COM.AU/WIN on 8/10/2024.

Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided as per the Competition Entry Form.

Hobart Brewing Co Pty Ltd will make reasonable efforts to contact prize winners however if the prize is not claimed within 10 days after the draw then the winner forfeits the prize and the prize will be re-drawn.

8) Liability and Privacy

Names, contact details and other information gathered as part of the competition will all be deleted within 90 days after all prizes are redeemed.

Hobart Brewing Co Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury or damage to person, property or reputation that may arise from claiming these prizes.
